Modco Pacific Homes is currently looking for a laborer or carpenters helper for our modular facility. We are looking for highly motivated, skilled individuals who are looking for career advancement and can contribute to our innovative culture and team.

This position will be mainly based in our Squamish modular building facility, with occasional local site jobs. We are a fast growing company, looking for the right individual to take an active role in progressing us into future. Requirements:

Duties will include:

• Assist tradespeople to construct, renovate, erect, install, maintain, and repair structures and components of structures 
• Load and unload materials, and move materials to work areas
• Deliver or hold materials or tools to help tradesman and, provide assistance in other activities
• Cleaning work areas, machines, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks
• Requires lifting, pulling and carrying of heavy equipment and objects
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors and all weather conditions
• Operate hand tools and power tools

Assets:

• Work experience as a construction laborer, however job training can be provided
• Modular construction experience
• First Aid

This position is full time.
