Founded in 2019, we saw the growing need for housing solutions using modular building processes, to bring innovation and efficiency to Canada’s residential and commercial construction market.
We pride ourselves on our ability to design and build custom modular homes with architectural interest. Our homes are built strong, and built to last.
At Modco, one of the things that sets us apart from other builders is our ability to deliver solutions to complex logistical installs. Whether your home needs to be placed 100 feet up a cliff, off the water on a remote island, or on a remote lake without any vehicle access, we can do it. We can install our homes in nearly any location.
